Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you'll play a key role in transforming financial data into meaningful commercial insight, helping leaders make better-informed decisions across the business.
The Opportunity

You'll work closely with senior finance and operational leaders, challenging assumptions, analysing performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping the business understand what the numbers are really saying.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering & Commercial Insight
- Partner with senior finance and operational stakeholders across the organisation.
- Challenge assumptions and provide constructive analysis to support decision‑making.
- Support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
- Present financial performance and recommendations to both finance and non‑finance audiences.
- Planning, Forecasting & Analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance reporting.
- Develop financial models to support commercial decisions and growth initiatives.
- Identify risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
- Revenue & Commercial Performance
- Analyse revenue trends, pipeline performance and commercial activity.
- Support pricing and profitability analysis.
- Assist with revenue recognition considerations under IFRS 15.
- Work closely with commercial teams to improve forecasting accuracy and business visibility.
- Cost Management & Performance Improvement
- Partner with budget holders to understand and manage spend.
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Monitor headcount, project expenditure and investment activity.
About You
We're open to a variety of backgrounds, provided you're commercially curious, analytically strong and enjoy working with stakeholders.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or external audit.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and confidently.
- Comfortable challenging numbers, assumptions and business performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence decision‑making.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to understand how the business operates beyond the numbers.
