This is a standout opportunity to join a scaling, category-disrupting business. With a rapidly growing customer base and significant year-on-year revenue expansion, the business is now looking to strengthen its commercial finance capability to support the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity: Sitting at the heart of the business, this role will partner closely with Growth and Brand teams, acting as a key financial sounding board to drive performance, accountability, and strategic decision-making. You’ll operate across marketing performance, commercial forecasting, and financial control—translating data into clear, actionable insight that shapes business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering
- Act as the primary finance partner to Growth and Brand teams
- Provide commercial insight, challenge, and support to drive performance
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape budgets, forecasts, and demand planning
- Lead financial oversight of marketing and brand‑related overheads
- Commercial & Marketing Performance
- Own and develop marketing performance tracking (ROI, channel performance, spend efficiency)
- Deliver clear insight into revenue, gross margin, and performance trends
- Planning & Forecasting
- Own commercial inputs into budgets and quarterly reforecasts
- Ensure assumptions are robust, consistent, and aligned to wider strategy
- Work closely with FP&A to integrate commercial plans into overall forecasts
- Month-End & Reporting
- Own accruals and prepayments for Growth and Brand
- Lead variance analysis across revenue, margin, marketing spend, and overheads
- Provide high-quality insight and commentary to support group reporting
About You
- Strong background in commercial finance or management accounting
- Proven experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders (marketing, growth, or commercial teams)
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger commercial picture
- Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience within DTC, ecommerce, or consumer goods environments
- Exposure to marketing metrics and demand planning
