Senior FP&A Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting and long‑range planning processes
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting to senior leadership
- Own cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning across the business
- Support banking relationships and funding facility management
- Lead CAPEX planning, investment appraisal and post‑investment reviews
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic projects and investment decisions
- Produce board‑level reporting packs and presentations
- Partner with operational and commercial leaders to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Analyse business performance, trends, margins and profitability drivers
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and forecasting capabilities

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experienced within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Treasury or Business Partnering roles
- Strong in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
- Comfortable managing cashflow, banking relationships and funding requirements
- Experienced in CAPEX planning and investment analysis
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and executive teams
- Able to influence decision‑making through clear financial insight
