We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Government Divisional proposal architect to join our team and play a critical role within the Global Government team in supporting growth and revenue. In this position, you’ll work closely with our Government team and Global Customer base whilst acting as the conduit for all internal Business, Operational, Commercial and Products group in ensuring we match the customer requirement to our articulated offer.

Who You Are:

A professional Business leader with a real understanding of the bid management and capture process in order to be a game changer in the Eutelsat Global Government team. Customer facing, internal champion and leader of the Centre-of-Excellence in our offer design and presentation. Ideally, you will hold or be able to hold a EU Security Clearance and be able to understand the appropriate government departments from strategy to requirement, from end user to procurement. You will work as part of an important group including Business Developers, Senior Military Advisors, Government Relations and Account Management, product development, commercial experts and operational deliverers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead on our Global Government initiative in driving end user thinking, inject value proposition, understand competitive analysis and how to exploit industrial strategy and create an internal Centre-of-Excellence to own this initiative.
  • Support the definition of the Government Value Proposition.
  • Lead on Government customer proposals and white papers regarding Country Competitive analysis and strategy.
  • Understand and articulate the security story in customer speak.
  • Be part of a Gov Centre-of-Excellence - support global teams with common material, lines to take and value proposition.
  • Be a POC for internal CBU stakeholders across BD and Operational functions.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business leader in a military and military space environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of business shaping and bid management.
  • Deep understanding of Eutelsat OneWeb technical capabilities and the strategies that support our current and future networks.
  • Full understanding of the science of capture management and the ability to develop proposals and white papers to shape and drive customer requirements (technical and economical).

Where You’ll Work:

Issy-les-Moulineaux, France / London, UK / Turin, Italy (travel involved).
