Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with telecommunications expertise to join our IT Demand Management Team in Turin. In this role, you will take ownership of a specific domain and manage the full lifecycle of IT demand, from intake through to prioritization. In addition to demand portfolio responsibilities, you will also act as a Business Analyst during the early stages of project definition.

What Youâll Do
- Own and manage the IT demand pipeline for a specific business domain, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Collect and evaluate new demand requests, validating their strategic alignment, expected benefits, scope, and timing.
- Conduct Business Analyst activities during earlyâstage project definition, including requirements gathering and initial scoping.
- Organize and facilitate demand intake workshops with IT architects and business leads.
- Maintain demand tracking and documentation in JIRA, ensuring accuracy and transparency across teams.
- Support prioritization and governance processes by preparing decisionâmaking inputs, value assessments, and business cases.
- Collaborate with IT solution architects and delivery teams to assess technical feasibility and resource needs.
- Provide clear, consistent updates on demand status, milestones, and interdependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
What Youâll Need
- 3â5 years of experience in IT demand management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications systems; prior experience with a satellite telecom operator is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and contribute to earlyâstage project scoping.
- Experience working with crossâfunctional and international teams in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English; Italian and/or French are plus.
- Proficiency in demand/project management tools such as JIRA.
