About the Role
We are looking for a Learning Manager to support the delivery and operational management of the Group’s learning and development activities. This is a hands-on role, focused on implementing learning initiatives, managing learning platforms, analysing training needs, and monitoring learning data. The Learning Manager will act as a key interface between Line Managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR functions, ensuring business capability needs are effectively translated into learning programmes.
The role offers the opportunity to shape and continuously improve the organisation’s learning practices, bringing new ideas and approaches to support capability development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analysis with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and the HR function, ensuring learning initiatives reflect operational needs.
- Translate business needs into practical learning initiatives and training programmes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance learning processes, tools, and programmes to increase effectiveness and impact.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of technical, digital, and behavioural learning programmes.
- Support reskilling and upskilling initiatives aligned with evolving business needs.
Learning Platforms & LMS Management
- Directly manage and administer the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning).
- Maintain course catalogues, learning paths, enrolments, and certification tracking.
- Support and promote the use of Udemy Business as part of the organisation’s digital learning ecosystem.
- Ensure learning content and training pathways are accessible, structured, and aligned with capability frameworks.
Learning Data & Reporting
- Track training participation, completion rates, and learning effectiveness.
- Produce reports and dashboards on learning activity.
- Analyse learning data to identify trends, capability gaps, and opportunities to strengthen development initiatives.
- Provide insights to HR Business Partners and HR leadership to support workforce development decisions.
- Coordinate training logistics, sessions, and participant management.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent teams, and HR Operations to ensure smooth implementation of learning initiatives.
- Monitor programme feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning offerings and employee experience.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, or Talent Development roles.
- Proven experience managing Learning Management Systems (preferably SuccessFactors Learning).
- Experience with digital learning platforms such as Udemy Business.
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and coordinating learning programmes.
- Strong hands-on mindset, comfortable managing tools, programmes, and data directly.
- Ability to work closely with Line Managers and HR Business Partners, translating operational needs into learning solutions.
- Proactive mindset, able to suggest practical improvements and contribute to the evolution of learning practices.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyse learning data and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Education
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages
- Italian, French or Spanish is a plus.
