Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Programme Manager to join our Innovation team, playing a critical role in the management of ongoing and future partnership programmes, including a major one with ESA, and involving industrial partners from across Europe.
In this role, you’ll manage external relationships while also working closely with colleagues from satellite operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and other internal teams. You will directly contribute to the delivery and evolution of strategic initiatives that drive innovation across Eutelsat.

What You’ll Do:
- General programme monitoring, including management of contract changes and coordination with project partners
- Manage the relationship and reporting to ESA, including participation in project reviews, minute-taking, and action tracking
- Coordinate interactions with ESA stakeholders, the Sunrise team, and the wider Telecom directorate; support engagement with national delegations
- Identify relevant innovation topics and potential collaborative projects for Eutelsat, including screening and evaluation of strategic partnership opportunities
- Contribute to the definition and structuring of new partnership initiatives
What You’ll Need:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
- A positive, solution-driven mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
- Curiosity and an interest in emerging technologies, both space and ground-based
- Strong communication and coordination skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Experience with institutional partners (ESA or similar) is a plus
