Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Salesforce Business Analyst & System Admin, with a strong technical background, to join our Delivery team and play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our sales and marketing processes by delivering tailored Salesforce solutions. In this position, you’ll work closely with Application Owners, Functional and Technical Leads, Salesforce administrators, analysts and developers, and key business stakeholders, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.
Who You Are
- A hands-on Salesforce expert with proven experience across Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Able to work across both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
- Comfortable configuring Salesforce as part of a rich technical ecosystem interfacing, via MuleSoft, with Sales, Billing, Analytics and Operational systems
- At ease with rich and complex business requirements, comfortable switching contexts, and proactively managing your priorities
- Able to work with both internal and external resources
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and documentation skills. (fluent in French will be a plus)
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Head of Lead to Contract, you will:
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with the demand management team and the business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce solutions, particularly on Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations
- Support test strategy, UAT, and release cycles
- Provide functional and technical guidance on Salesforce best practices and platform governance
- Act as a point of reference for other teams working on Lead to Order capabilities
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Technical/Functional Consultant
- Required project experience: Implementation and administration of Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Implementation of solutions requiring integrations through various systems, including other Salesforce orgs
- Strong platform knowledge, including configuration of objects, flows, role and permissions, approval processes, validation rules, reports, CPQ, etc.
- Deep understanding of the Lead to Order process: Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract
- Comfortable working in an environment combining both V-cycle and agile methods, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha, etc.
Required Certification
- Strongly Recommended Certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADX 211), Salesforce Platform App Builder
Nice to Have
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Salesforce MCAE Specialist and/or MCAE Consultant certifications
- Prior experience in telecom/satellite industry is a plus
