Overview
Position Title: Production Maintenance Operator (Shift-based, 12‑hour days and nights) at Edmonton Operations, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
About the Role
You will be part of a shift-based team of 15–20 colleagues including operators and engineers reporting to a Production Team Leader. The team works on 12‑hour continental shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Use an SAP-based Planned Maintenance system to carry out and record maintenance activities and findings.
- Use network‑based systems to carry out and record quality checks (including on‑screen systems, HMI interrogation, visual checks, and measurements).
- Use SAP-based materials systems to order, use, and account for materials in the production process.
- Apply basic root cause analysis tools to identify, diagnose, and escalate equipment and process‑related issues.
- Support both shift‑based and day‑based Engineering teams to improve line reliability and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations relevant to the site, the wider business, and the community.
- Develop and maintain personal skills and knowledge through training opportunities and the in‑house Academy system.
