We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Chef de Partie to be part of our growing family business. Be part of our new opening late 2019 and our new restaurant in Glasgow.

Your Role – As a Chef de Partie you’ll be part of a pretty unique team, with responsibility for key areas of the kitchen and all it produces. You’ll be a passionate, well organised & highly competent chef with a great eye for detail, exacting food hygiene and HACCP standards. We love to train and share at Eusebi’s. Our team has already experienced both in house training and being abroad to experience the Italian way. Our breakfast, brunch and dinner service is cooked with great products that you will love to be part of and our customer feedback both in the restaurant and at our award winning deli is exceptional.

About You – You’ll have had experience within quality establishments, having a passion for the industry and from a food perspective you will fit right in with the passionate team already here and who have grown up with us since we started. Our culture is not all about the food, we care about our customers and we ensure that our staff are rewarded with both balance of family life and remuneration. You very much therefore need to be a people person, someone who has the patience and commitment to bring out the best. This is a job that will make a real difference and we want everyone to buy into our culture and not just the food.
