Job Description
SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant – UK-wide, Hybrid – British Citizens Only (you need to undergo Security Clearance checks) – Permanent Job – Flexible Start Date from September 2025 Onwards. Salary up to £98,000/annum + Excellent Benefits + Bonus + Car.
Our World-Leading Consultancy client, who provide cutting edge and fast-evolving technical solutions to transform their customer's business needs, with 85% of the 200 largest public companies globally as their customers, are looking to hire an SAP FICO Consultant to join their growing SAP Finance team to work in a lead role on a variety of different finance related SAP projects including; Finance Transformation, S/4HANA migrations, proof of concepts and Strategic studies.
This opportunity is public sector focused which will involve Security Clearance checks that you will need to undergo during the recruitment process, therefore we can only consider applications from British Citizens.
Key tasks:
- Work on delivery projects across the customer base in varied types of roles: advisory, solution reviews, proof of concepts, Brownfield S/4HANA conversions or system optimisations as well SDT, Greenfield implementation projects.
- Be a member of the leadership team, assisting with implementation of strategy and Finance capability development and growth.
- Be a mentor to the emerging talent community.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders in the UK, Europe, globally.
- Work closely with client teams, at a leadership level, to achieve project results.
Skills and experience needed:
- Able to demonstrate an excellent track record of project delivery and successful engagement in the sales cycle.
- An experienced SAP FI/CO consultant with direct experience of SAP S/4HANA, the SAP Intelligent Enterprise concept and application integration.
- Experienced in client engagement and able to develop client intimacy.
- Experienced in bid response solutioning through to effective client presentation.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of Finance transformation themes and wider, complementary Finance applications

- The role can be based in one of multiple locations throughout the UK, with a mixture of hybrid working and onsite client travel (project dependent).
