Eursa Major is a London-based post-production studio working across fashion, beauty, and contemporary visual culture. Operating at the intersection of art and commerce, we collaborate with leading photographers, artists, agencies, and global brands to craft refined and compelling imagery. We are currently looking for an experienced freelance retoucher to join our studio on a contract basis.

  • Refined eye for colour grading, tonal balance and image consistency
  • Proven experience retouching for high-end fashion and commercial clients
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Capture One
  • Advanced compositing, clean-up and image reconstruction skills
  • Deep understanding of colour management and output workflows across digital and print
  • Confident working directly with photographers, art directors and clients
  • Experience retouching across a diverse range of photographic disciplines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Strong organisational and file management skills
  • Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a professional approach to feedback and revisions
