We deliver sustainable solutions for road users, airports, and pedestrian pathways nationwide. The Role: We are seeking a Supervisor to manage highways repairs and maintenance across Hertfordshire. You’ll oversee supply chain partners, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all worksites. Supervise and coordinate resources, subcontractors, and operatives. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Record site measurements, manage valuations, and ensure KPIs are met. Deliver toolbox talks and foster a positive team environment.
