(UK) is part of the Eurovetrocap Group, and we are currently seeking to strengthen our UK team with the addition of a new colleague.
The Role
We are seeking a Junior Sales Development Specialist to join our Norwich office and support the growth of our UK customer base within the cosmetic packaging sector. This is a predominantly office-based role, focused on business development activities, customer engagement and internal coordination. From time to time, you will also have the opportunity to participate in client visits across the UK and attend industry trade fairs alongside senior colleagues. This role is well suited to someone with a sales background who has a genuine interest in cosmetics and beauty trends and is keen to develop a solid understanding of cosmetic packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including beauty brands, contract fillers and contract manufacturers
- Initiate first contact with prospective clients and present the company and its product portfolio
- Qualify leads and pass opportunities internally when further commercial development or meetings are required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, managing the sales pipeline and project notes to ensure visibility and effective follow-up
- Support ongoing relationship management and follow-up with existing customers
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across projects and priorities
- Provide administrative and organisational support within a small, collaborative office environment
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of a second language is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Comfortable working within a small team where flexibility and collaboration are key
