The company manages projects from site acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery, with a strong emphasis on design quality, commercial viability, and long-term value creation.
We are seeking a talented Part III Architect to join our growing team and support the design and delivery of our development portfolio. This role provides the opportunity to work directly within a developer environment, collaborating closely with consultants, planning teams, and contractors to ensure design excellence and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of architectural concepts, feasibility studies, and design strategies for new development opportunities.
- Review and develop architectural proposals to ensure they align with project objectives, planning constraints, and commercial requirements.
- Produce and review architectural drawings, design packages, and technical documentation across relevant RIBA work stages.
- Contribute to the preparation of design presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of planning applications and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with planning consultants, architects, engineers, and other external consultants to ensure coordinated design solutions.
- Monitor design progress to ensure compliance with UK planning policies, building regulations, and project specifications.
- Support the technical development of projects through detailed design and construction stages.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and consultant information to ensure buildability and design integrity.
- Respond to contractor queries and support the resolution of design and technical issues during construction.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultant teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and planning advisors.
- Participate in project meetings, design workshops, and site visits as required.
- Qualified Architect with RIBA Part III / ARB registration.
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system, building regulations, and construction processes.
- Experience working across multiple RIBA stages, from concept design through to delivery.
- Strong design, technical, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a strong design sensibility.
- Proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across disciplines.
