As Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our busy office and help keep sales running smoothly and customers happy. You will be responsible for all sales orders, maintaining and updating our digital order platform and supporting our sales team with regular stock updates and new product launch information. Manage customer enquiries, process sales orders, support stock management and provide exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Working closely with directors, credit control, design, production and warehouse you will be the key communication link to our sales team and most importantly, our customers. Helping to communicate our product quality and brand portfolio with customer care and happiness as the focus. No two days or two customers will be the same, and your ability to keep things moving will be a key contribution to the success of the business. Making this the perfect role for someone who loves variety, communication, and problem-solving.
About the role:
- The key office liaison between customers, sales team, finance, and warehouse.
- To ensure timely and efficient customer order processing and delivery.
- Maintain and update our digital B2B order platform and manage its smooth running to help maximise sales.
- Friendly and knowledgeable customer care and communication.
- Update effectively with relevant product information and order tracking.
- Support sales representatives with excellent communication and coordinate sales-related activities.
About you:
- Previous experience within a similar role – wholesale, office administration or working on a warehouse and order management system is advantageous.
- Technical proficiency. Competent working with Excel, standard IT packages and office software. WMS - Orderwise or similar platform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work as part of a small team and build strong internal relationships with co-workers.
- Pro-active and confident working individually.
