Senior Digital Insights & Experimentation Analyst in our Commercial department.

The Senior Digital Insights & Experimentation Analyst is an essential part of the Digital team, providing analytics and actionable insights helping to increase revenue and improve user experience.

You will be working closely with other leaders across the business teams to set‑up and maintain processes and best‑practices which encourage impactful work.

London Kings Cross office with hybrid working (expectation to attend the office once per week).

The close date for this role is 5PM on Wednesday, 2 September 2026.

We’re looking for someone to

  • Deliver actionable digital insights and recommendations that support product development, enhance customer experience, and drive commercial growth.
  • Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate experiments to optimise digital journeys and improve business performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks that enable teams to track performance and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Digital teams to identify opportunities, solve complex user experience challenges, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and presentations tailored to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytics and experimentation data through robust quality assurance and governance processes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous optimisation by promoting experimentation best practices and sharing insights across the wider business.
  • Mentor and support fellow analysts, contributing to the development of analytical capabilities, methodologies, and standards.

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics and digital analytics within an ecommerce or customer‑focused environment.
  • Proven experience designing, managing, and evaluating A/B and multivariate testing programmes.
  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to solve complex business problems using customer behavioural data.
  • Excellent data visualisation and reporting skills, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong storytelling and communication abilities, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and insight generation.
  • Ability to influence decision‑making, build effective stakeholder relationships, and work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive, curious, and commercially minded, with a passion for continuous improvement, experimentation, and customer experience optimisation.
