An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Intern to join our Technology and Process Optimisation team on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. Eurostar is continuously improving its CRM Systems, to provide the best Customer Service possible, empowering our customer-facing staff in the stations, the call centre, and on board the trains, but also to deliver new Marketing capabilities to re‑activate and acquire new audiences.
We are constantly extending our Customer Service Platform (Salesforce Service Cloud) and Marketing Email Campaign Platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to learn more about our customers, anticipate their queries, and better target them. This position is based at our London Kings Cross office, with hybrid working (expectation to be in the office twice per week). The salary for this role is fixed, and is £26,996.56 per annum.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Be part of a multi‑disciplinary team (including functional / business / technical / contact centre / stations), with people from various backgrounds, in a multicultural environment.
- Be involved in the day‑to‑day support of the CRM systems (mostly Salesforce platform), resolving operational issues, reviewing, and analysing causes and supporting improvements, enforcing a Salesforce system governance.
- Participate in the development of the system, following the Agile methodology (several cycles of development, testing, presentation to the stakeholders, release to production), for various changes to support our Contact Centre, Sales Team and possibly Operational teams in Stations.
- Document new processes and support enhancements to our CRM solutions.
- Work on key projects relating to CRM Systems in the e‑business and distribution area, such as Automated Operational communications and Delivery of new AI features.

- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
