This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of media activity across the UK, US & ROW - some of Eurostar’s most high-profile markets. You’ll be the go‑to media expert for these markets, shaping how the brand shows up to millions of customers across broad‑reach channels and targeted activations. Your work will play a key part in growing awareness, driving demand and increasing conversion through smart, effective media. These markets play a major role in Eurostar’s long term growth, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
This permanent position will be based in our London Kings Cross office with hybrid working (expectation to be in the office two days per week).
Requirements
- Develop and deliver local media strategies across the UK, US and ROW, ensuring budgets are focused where they create the biggest impact.
- Lead the briefing and delivery of paid media campaigns, working closely with our media agency and in‑house marketing teams.
- Represent your markets internally, bringing local insight, cultural nuance and competitive understanding into cross‑market planning.
- Support test‑and‑learn activity and modern measurement, using insights to strengthen future campaigns.
- Ensure creative consistency and brand quality across all local assets.
- Manage day‑to‑day agency performance, ensuring smooth, high‑quality campaign delivery.
- Collaborate on owned media channels to optimise Eurostar’s presence in your markets.
- Help track budgets accurately, working with planning and finance colleagues to keep spend on course.
You’ll need...
- 3+ years’ experience in media planning across channels such as TV, OOH and digital (agency or in‑house).
- A strong understanding of the UK media landscape; familiarity with US or international markets is a bonus.
- Ability to turn strategy into clear, actionable plans that guide agency teams effectively.
- Experience shaping creative and messaging across multiple platforms.
- Confidence using data to inform decisions and optimise performance.
- Fluent English; French or Dutch is a bonus.
