HR Project Manager

An opportunity has arisen in the People team to join us on a 1-year fixed-term contract as HR Project Manager. In this role, you\’ll drive HR transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance employee experience, ensuring alignment with our company\’s strategic objectives.

Internal information only: This is a Grade D1 role based at Kings Place, London with regular travel to Brussels HQ.

The close date for this role is Monday 24th March at 5pm.

We\’re looking for someone to:

• Take ownership of HR projects, from planning to execution, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, IT, service providers, and social partners, to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Develop and implement structured HR action plans with clear milestones.
• Track key performance indicators and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates and strategic insights to the Employee Experience & HR Transformation Director.
• Lead change management initiatives, driving communication and training strategies for successful adoption.

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational and priority management skills.
• Deep understanding of HR challenges, gained from previous experience within this area.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence various departments.
• Data management skills, including the use of Power BI, Excel or other data visualisation tools.
• Proven experience in HR project management role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• MA degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work-based experience.
