An exciting opportunity awaits you as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner in our Corporate Communications & DEI team

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner is responsible for partnering across the business to challenge and support teams in embedding principles of inclusion and equity into strategies, operations, and everyday decision‑making. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead DEI projects, and act as a subject‑matter expert across the business in order to further the DEI strategy and embed inclusion principles across Eurostar.

Requirements

• Act as the DEI subject‑matter expert, embedding inclusion into business strategy, operations and key initiatives
• Lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of global DEI programmes, including cultural change, policy and learning initiatives
• Provide central oversight of Employee Networks, ensuring impact, intersectionality and alignment to DEI strategy
• Deliver internal and external DEI reporting, contributing to sustainability, employee experience, compliance and employer brand outcomes
• Manage social impact partnerships and volunteering activity to maximise social value creation
• Partner with People teams on BAU priorities including compliance, employee experience and inclusive recruitment
• Support complex DEI‑related employee relations matters across multiple countries, handling sensitive issues with discretion
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Accessibility teams to embed inclusion into customer‑facing projects

You’ll need…

• 5+ years’ experience in DEI, culture or inclusion‑focused roles, with the ability to operate independently in a complex, matrix organisation
• Strong working knowledge of DEI principles, behavioural change and inclusive culture‑building, applied at both strategic and operational levels
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end DEI or culture programmes, with solid project management capability
• Ability to analyse and interpret people and DEI data to inform decisions, reporting and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience partnering across People, business and customer‑facing teams
• Fluency in and business‑level French (highly desirable), enabling effective collaboration across a multilingual, international environment

Le partenaire commercial Diversité, Équité et Inclusion est chargé de travailler en partenariat avec l’ensemble de l’entreprise pour encourager et aider les équipes à intégrer les principes d’inclusion et d’équité dans leurs stratégies, leurs opérations et leurs décisions quotidiennes. Il s’agit d’une opportunité fantastique de diriger des projets DEI et d’agir en tant qu’expert en la matière dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise afin de faire progresser la stratégie DEI et d’intégrer les principes d’inclusion au sein d’Eurostar.

Ce poste permanent peut être basé dans nos bureaux de Londres, Paris ou Bruxelles, avec des modalités de travail hybrides, et vous serez rattaché(e) à notre responsable DEI et impact social.
