We are looking for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our PSL (Pressure Sensitive Labels) team. If you have an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of printing processes and experience in a similar role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently setting up jobs and managing changeovers
- Producing high-quality labels in line with ISO standards
- Maximising production efficiency while minimising waste
- Leading and supporting the Print Assistant
- Conducting quality checks throughout the production process
- Following all health and safety and standard operating procedures
- Meeting and exceeding company KPIs
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
What We\\\’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Flexographic Printer, specifically in high-quality label production
- A keen eye for detail and thorough understanding of quality control procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot on press
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong time management and attendance record
- Confidence in working to tight customer deadlines
