We’re looking for an Ethical Trade & Social Compliance Specialist to lead on factory audits, supplier compliance, and ethical sourcing across our global supply chain — with a strong focus on China. You’ll play a key role supporting our SDA, Bakeware & Homeware categories, partnering closely with suppliers to drive standards and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing ethical audits (SMETA, BSCI, SA8000)
  • Driving Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to closure
  • Supporting factory onboarding & compliance approvals
  • Acting as the go-to advisor for ethical trade internally and externally

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in ethical trade / social compliance / CSR
  • Strong background in factory audits & supplier management
  • Experience working with China-based manufacturers
  • Ideally sector experience in SDA, Homeware or consumer goods
