About the role:

Do you enjoy talking to people? Do you enjoy persuading people? If so, we want you on our team. We’re looking for a Telesales Executive who can charm customers, spot opportunities, and power through the day with energy, resilience, and maybe the occasional coffee. You’ll help businesses find the right solutions from our enormous product range, all while growing revenue and building relationships that last longer than most gym memberships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to existing, lapsed, and new customers.
  • Growing revenue within your account base.
  • Spotting new business opportunities.
  • Getting to know your customers’ needs and matching them with clever, tailored solutions.
  • Hitting sales and margin targets.
  • Working with Customer Services, Credit Control, Marketing and Product Management to keep everything running smoothly.
