Overview
TLP are currently recruiting for a Courier Delivery Driver. This position is based in Tunstall (ST6) and offers one of the highest-paid courier roles in the country. A successful candidate will have previous commercial van driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Approx. 60 drops a day
- Vehicle checks
- Completion of paperwork
- Delivery of parcels
- Customer facing
What’s on Offer
- Day shifts starting around 08:00 am based on a 9-hour day (hours may vary)
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Ongoing support from a dedicated team
- £14.25 per hour PAYE & £21.38 per hour after 45 hours
- Weekly pay
- Multidrop parcel deliveries
- Some collections may be required
Requirements
- Pass a Basic DBS Check
- Full UK drivers licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences; no endorsements
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients – customer-facing role
- Previous multidrop driving experience is essential
