Keep the Wheels turning! From behind the desk!

UK container logistics specialist with over 20 years moving the big stuff from A to B, without the drama. Our secret? A mix of smart planning, hardworking people, and a shared love for a job well done (and maybe the occasional bacon roll).

Behind every smooth delivery is a brilliant admin team making sure nothing falls through the cracks (not even the paperwork).

We\'re now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our operations and compliance team.

You’ll be handling documentation, entering data into our systems, and generally making life easier for everyone by keeping things organised and on track. You’ll be the spreadsheet whisperer, invoice ninja, and paperwork wrangler who helps keep the wheels turning (financially speaking).

What We\'re Looking For

  • Typing numbers like a pro (data entry) and making sure everything adds up
  • Tackling the purchase ledger: processing supplier invoices, chasing missing info
  • Managing the sales ledger: sending invoices, checking payments, and giving polite-but-firm nudges when needed
  • Supporting with month-end: reconciliations, reports, and generally making the finance team look good
  • Helping out with VAT returns, audits, and other exciting adventures in financial compliance

Admin Greatness

  • Filing things where they belong (both digitally and in actual folders, yes, those still exist)
  • Answering calls and emails with the perfect balance of professionalism and \"I\'ve got this\" attitude
  • Assisting the office team with general admin involving paper, spreadsheets, or organisation—you’re on it.
