Responsibilities: Review and analyse construction schedules, project records, and contracts to identify potential and actual claims.

Prepare and support the development of Extension of Time (Eo T) and delay/disruption claims in line with contractual provisions.

Coordinate with project controls, legal, and commercial teams to develop robust claim strategies.

Provide independent assessments of entitlement, liability.

Maintain detailed records and documentation to support claims or defenses.

Assist in the negotiation and settlement of claims with contractors and clients.

Support dispute resolution processes such as mediation, adjudication, or arbitration when required.

Ensure claims are aligned with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
