We deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a large site in Hinkley Point C in Somerset UK. This is a full time in office position.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day organizing of office functions - time management, communicating with clients on attendance for our site.
- Document Management: Responsible for creating, receiving, organizing, and maintaining project documents.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of documents, including checking for completeness, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Security and Confidentiality: Safeguarding sensitive and confidential project information and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to certain documents.
- Filing and Organization: Organize documents in a structured and easily accessible manner, using electronic document management systems and physical filing systems. Helps project participants quickly locate the information they need.
- Distribution: Distribute documents to relevant parties, ensuring that contractors, subcontractors, and other team members receive the necessary information and updates.
- Teaming up with other documentation groups with an Autodesk specialist + CAD ability.
- Monitoring processes.
- Assisting in onboarding process for site.
Required:
- Good communication skills
- IT skills MS suite and Excel
- Must be eligible to pass a UK security check and eligible to work in UK.
- Previous role experience 4-5 years
- Fully badged to the HPC site previously would be an advantage.
- Must have a CSCS/CITB health and safety card.
