An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioners to join Dudley Children’s Services within the Centre for Professional Practice. The role focuses on supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers (ASYE) by sitting alongside them in teams, modelling good practice, and providing group supervision and one-to-one development support. You will play a key role in improving practice quality and outcomes for children and families within Dudley’s Family Safeguarding model.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with significant post-qualifying experience
- Experience supporting and developing social workers
- Practice Educator experience desirable
- Strong safeguarding and children’s social care knowledge
