We're looking for an FP&A Accountant to join our Finance team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your FP&A skills, work closely with senior stakeholders and gain valuable commercial finance experience.
This permanent position is based upon 37.5hrs/week, which following a successful training and induction period will operate on a hybrid basis to include 3 days per based onsite at our Letchworth central offices.
The Day to Day
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Producing management reports, KPI reporting and performance analysis.
- Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Building and improving financial models and forecasting tools.
- Working with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insight.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within reporting and planning processes.
Who we're looking for
- Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or actively studying).
- Experience within Finance, FP&A, Management Accounts, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. xgikmsk
