We're looking for an Administrator to join the People Team at ETEL.
Reporting to the People Administration Manager, you will play a key role in providing efficient and effective administrative support across the wider People function.
You'll help deliver a seamless employee experience, supporting colleagues throughout every stage of the employee lifecyclefrom onboarding new starters and managing employee and training records to ensuring our people processes are accurate, compliant, and run smoothly.

This permanent position is based upon 40hrs/week between Monday and Friday, based onsite at our central offices in Letchworth.
The Day to Day
As a key member of the Administration team, you'll play an important role in delivering a seamless colleague experience by providing efficient and professional administration support.
Your responsibilities will include
- Maintaining employee records and HR and Learning Management systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities, including contractual changes, absence management, and offboarding processes.
- Responding to colleague and external queries and delivering a professional, customer-focused service.
- Coordinating travel and accommodation for internal courses and inductions.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across all aspects of the employee lifecycle while helping to ensure an excellent experience for colleagues throughout their journey with the business.
