The Corporate Business Systems Analyst performs a critical role within ETEL Technology Team with the responsibility of ensuring stability, continuity and availability of the core applications within our Business. The role holder also provides a rapid response to incidents and escalated user queries. The responsibilities of the role include working across a variety of applications and projects including set-up, maintenance and decommissioning, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our end users. The role holder should be a motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and people skills, often working under pressure with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. On occasion the Corporate Business Systems Analyst may be asked to work outside normal business hours, assisting the ETEL Technology teams to deliver a consistent service for our customers. The role will operate on a hybrid basis, to include time spent onsite at our central offices in Letchworth as well as other ETEL group locations if required.
