The Corporate Business Systems Analyst performs a critical role within ETEL Technology Team with the responsibility of ensuring stability, continuity and availability of the core applications within our Business. The role holder also provides a rapid response to incidents and escalated user queries.
The responsibilities of the role include working across a variety of applications and projects including set-up, maintenance and decommissioning, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to our end users. The role holder should be a motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and people skills, often working under pressure with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. On occasion, the Corporate Business Systems Analyst may be asked to work outside normal business hours, assisting the ETEL Technology teams to deliver a consistent service for our customers. The role will operate on a hybrid basis, to include time spent onsite at our central offices in Letchworth as well as other ETEL group locations if required.
Day to Day
- Service Delivery β ensure that the service delivered meets the business requirements
- Continual Service Improvement β continual development of the service and consistent levels of high customer satisfaction
- Projects β work with the Project Management Office, providing a technical resource
- Product Ownership β responsible for products within the team, providing training and support to members of the team and our customers
- Knowledge Transition β share knowledge within the team to provide a resilient service to our customers
Who weβre looking for
- Experience of Business Systems or Business Applications
- Considerable experience in customer facing role
- Of graduate calibre or in lieu of degree, extensive industry experience will be considered
- Ability to undertake the above responsibilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
