Reporting to the Group Vehicles Category Manager the Group Vehicle Administrator is responsible for the administration and compliance of the Company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring accurate records, effective maintenance, and adherence to all legal and policy requirements.
The Group Vehicle Administrator supports vehicle acquisition, disposal, documentation, insurance, tax, maintenance records and reporting requirements, acting as the central point of contact for vehicle-related administration.
This permanent role is based upon 40hrs/week between Monday and Friday, working from home though UK travel may occasionally be required.
- Experience in the transport industry desirable but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team while being comfortable working without supervision
- Honest, trustworthy and takes pride in their work.
- Ability to plan and organise while meeting required targets and deadlines
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
- Demonstrable logical and analytical approach, with a good level of numeracy and IT skills.
- Capacity to cope with quickly changing requirements, with the ability to work calmly under pressure when dealing with competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Possess a logical approach, with excellent attention to detail and a good level of numeracy and IT skills (office 365, Excel, Word)
