Work with us Supporting the Commercial Director for TyreCall this role will lead pricing, commercial analysis and data-led insight across the TyreCall Group. Combining day-to-day pricing responsibility with analysis of customers, sales, margin, stock, brands and market performance, youll turn data into clear, prioritised commercial recommendations. The role will also play a key part in improving commercial reporting and productivity through Phocas, Excel, automation and the effective use of AI. The Day to Day Manage day-to-day pricing, pricing structures, discounts and margin analysis, escalating significant decisions where appropriate. Analyse sales, margin, customer and product performance to identify risks, trends and opportunities for growth. Provide clear, data-driven commercial insights and recommendations to support business and customer decisions. Monitor competitor, supplier and market activity, identifying pricing, range and promotional opportunities. Build and maintain dashboards, reports and commercial analysis using Phocas, CRM, Excel and other business systems. Support forecasting, tenders, supplier reviews, customer reviews and strategic commercial projects. Identify opportunities to improve profitability, customer retention, cross-selling and product performance. Use automation and AI appropriately to improve reporting, analysis and efficiency, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Continuously improve commercial processes, tools and reporting to support better decision-making. Who we're looking for Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels internally and external. High level of confidentiality and discretion. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive, curious and comfortable constructively challenging decisions using evidence. A flexible attitude and the ability to manage change and drive business improvements. Strong Excel proficiency and confidence working with large datasets. Strong numerical and analytical ability, with the ability to identify causes, draw conclusions and make practical recommendations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical skills to interpret data and trends with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Strong organisation, time-management and prioritisation skills. The ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative Previous experience in pricing, commercial analysis or a data-focused role. Experience with BI/CRM tools such as Phocas or similar. Experience in pricing, margin, sales, customer or dashboard analysis. Exposure to automation and/or practical use of AI tools in a business environment. Full driving licence and willingness to undertake regular Group travel.
