In this role, you\'ll be at the forefront of our email communications strategy, supporting the full campaign lifecycle-from initial concept and briefing, through to building, testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis. Your work will directly contribute to driving fan retention, engagement, and revenue across the DP World Tour, Ryder Cup, and other key events.

You\'ll also play a vital role in enhancing the event experience for attendees. From pre-event communications to on-the-ground messaging during event week, you\'ll deliver multi-channel plans that include email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp. You\'ll help drive loyalty and retention, while also supporting revenue growth through upgrade campaigns and merchandise promotions.

Beyond email, you\'ll support wider CRM and fan engagement initiatives-building sign-up forms, setting up onboarding automations, and helping manage tournament and ticketing web pages. You\'ll also contribute to engagement competitions and assist with day-to-day admin tasks that keep our campaigns running smoothly.

We\'re looking for someone who\'s highly organised, creative, and commercially minded. You\'ll need strong written and verbal communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with email marketing platforms like Dot Digital, MailChimp, or Emarsys, is a plus, as is familiarity with HTML, design software, and Google Analytics.

An interest in sports-especially golf-is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for delivering best-in-class campaigns and your ability to adapt and grow with the role.
