Who We Are: The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Staysure Legends Tour & HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.

The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Partnership Solutions Manager to play a key role in helping our Sales team win and grow commercial partnerships across the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup. In this role, you’ll turn audience insight, market intelligence and brand objectives into compelling sales stories. You’ll create proposals, pitch decks and activation ideas that clearly demonstrate the value of partnering with us, and how brands can deliver against their goals in measurable, meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do:

  • Developing tailored proposals and pitch decks for specific brands and sectors, clearly articulating the value of our rights, events and audiences
  • Supporting the Sales team on new business and renewals, including global partnership opportunities
  • Bringing together insights from across the business to create compelling, joined-up proposals grounded in data
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Insight & Research, Broadcast, Content, Brand, Marketing and Design
  • Facilitating workshops to generate ideas and shape the best response to each opportunity
  • Creating campaign and activation concepts across events, digital, social, content and hospitality
  • Producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, with clear messaging and strong structure
  • Building and maintaining reusable content such as case studies, slides and proof points
  • Contributing to the development of new partnership packages, informed by market demand and client needs

What You’ll Bring

Must Have:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing
  • Experience in sports marketing and/or brand marketing within an agency, brand or rights holder
  • Proven ability to develop creative campaign ideas aligned to brand objectives
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media, including owned and third-party platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives
  • Experience using data, research or audience insight to support proposals and recommendations
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
  • Confidence presenting ideas and explaining rationale to internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice to Have:

  • Experience delivering sponsorship activation ideas across digital, social, content, events or hospitality
  • Experience collaborating with designers, researchers or creative teams on pitch materials
