We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Staysure Legends Tour & HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.**About the role**We’re looking for a dynamic Hospitality & Event Services Manager to join our Championship Management team on a 12 month fixed term basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering world-class tournament experiences.This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of player, guest and hospitality services across our events—ensuring exceptional delivery at every touchpoint, from accommodation and transport through to premium experiences and event operations.**What you’ll be doing**You’ll lead the planning and delivery of hospitality and event services across our tournaments, including:* Managing Pro-Am events, guest communications and logistics* Overseeing accommodation and transport for players, partners and stakeholders* Designing and delivering premium hospitality experiences and facilities* Leading catering operations across all user groups* Managing fringe events such as gala dinners and receptions* Building strong relationships with venues, partners and key stakeholders* Supporting merchandise, ticketing and operational delivery**What we’re looking for*** Experience delivering large-scale events, ideally in international sport* Strong project management skills and attention to detail* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills* Confident working with senior partners and global brands* A collaborative, proactive approach with a “one team” mindset* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment* Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods* Experience of working within the professional golf environment is a plus**Why join us?*** Be part of delivering some of the world’s leading sporting events* Work with high-profile partners and international stakeholders* Gain exposure across all aspects of tournament operations* Join a collaborative, passionate and high-performing teamIf you're ready to take your career on tour, we’d love to hear from you.*The European Tour group promote diversity, equality, and inclusion.
