The European Tour group is one of the world’s pre-eminent golf organisations. We are responsible for running the world-famous DP World Tour, Legends Tour, HotelPlanner Tour. We also organise, alongside the PGA of America, golf’s greatest team contest - the Ryder Cup.
Are you ready to take the lead in delivering key sponsorship programs for some of the biggest names in golf? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of key sponsorships across the DP World Tour, HotelPlanner Tour and the Ryder Cup.
In this role you'll be the go-to person for our partners, managing day-to-day relationships, bringing sponsorship activations to life and ensuring all contractual rights are delivered. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Broadcast, Content, Digital, Media, and Championship Management to create and execute integrated partner programs that drive engagement and value. Plus, you'll oversee on-site tournament activations, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
To succeed, you'll need strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a solid understanding of sports sponsorship and brand activation. Being highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, event-driven environment is a must.

What You'll Do:- Manage sponsor accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual commitments.
- Foster strong relationships with sponsors, agencies, and internal teams through proactive communication.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key sponsor contacts, managing expectations and identifying opportunities to enhance partnerships.
- Plan, project manage and deliver onsite activations for multiple tournament partners.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports, presentations, and communications to update stakeholders and demonstrate partnership value.
- Oversee sponsorship-related invoicing, budget tracking, and other financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship or related fields.
