Our client is a well-established semiconductor business developing advanced mixed-signal and connectivity products for global markets. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior / Senior Staff Analog IC Design Engineer to join their team and play a key role in the design and delivery of complex power management blocks and subsystems for next-generation ICs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analog IC design experience and a solid background in PMIC / power management architecture, who enjoys working on technically challenging products in a collaborative engineering environment.
Key responsibilities- Contribute to the architecture, design, implementation, and verification of complex power management blocks and subsystems
- Define specifications and support the development of new features and enhancements driven by product and market needs
- Take ownership of fully verified analog blocks and support subsystem-level integration within the analog section of the chip
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide documentation to support characterization and downstream development activities
- Solve complex technical problems within tightly constrained design environments
- Support high quality and timely delivery of analog subsystems
- Strong experience in analog IC design
- Proven background in power management IPs such as SMPS, LDOs, regulators, and related analog building blocks
- Good understanding of analog design principles and verification techniques
- Ability to work across teams and define technical requirements clearly
- Experience using industry-standard analog design and verification tools, including Cadence and Mentor
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Experience contributing at architecture level for complex analog or power management blocks
- Knowledge of Matlab or other system-level design tools would be beneficial
- Experience in mixed-signal semiconductor product development would be a plus
