We are currently partnered with a fast-growing robotics and automation company developing next-generation Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and industrial environments. As part of their continued expansion across Europe, they are looking to hire a UK Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence across the UK. This is a highly commercial role focused on new business development, key account management, and partner engagement within the rapidly growing warehouse automation and intralogistics sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping customers improve operational efficiency through advanced mobile robotics and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive AMR business growth across the UK market
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners
- Drive new business development activities and generate opportunities within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
- Promote AMR solutions by clearly articulating customer value propositions and operational benefits
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Robotics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling AMR, AGV, mobile robotics, warehouse automation, or intralogistics solutions
- Proven track record of developing and closing complex B2B sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, material handling, supply chain processes, and automation technologies
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language skills are essential
