European Tech Recruit are working closely with a multinational telecommunications company, based in Cambridge, who are looking for a Chinese speaking Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the organization's hiring goals.
Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Lead:- Building and maintaining a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Oversee and refine sourcing, screening, interview and hiring process to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
- Work with the HR Business Partner, ensuring hiring managers are fully supported and trained in hiring practices to deliver a seamless candidate experience and consistent process.
- Building a network use of the internal recruitment system to ensure a future pipeline of talent is built.
- Ensure GDPR compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Use analytics and internal recruitment technologies to optimize the hiring process and predict future talent needs.
- 7+ years in-house recruitment/agency recruitment experience (tech or semiconductor industry is preferred).
- Fluent Chinese / Mandarin language skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing structured, scalable recruitment framework.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track measure, and optimize key recruitment KPIs (time to fill, cost per hire, candidate experience, etc.).
- Hands on experience in process improvement recruitment systemization.
- Ability to develop and execute high volume executive and niche hire strategy.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high performing internal recruitment team.
