We are currently partnered with a leading semiconductor organisation developing next‑generation wireless connectivity solutions for 5G, 6G, AI, automotive, and high‑performance computing applications. As part of their growing RF Design team, they are looking to hire a Staff RF IC Design Engineer to develop state‑of‑the‑art RF transceivers and signal chain architectures for advanced cellular and wireless communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define specifications, architecture, design, implementation, and verification of RF IC subsystems for next‑generation wireless products
- Develop high‑performance RF signal path and frequency synthesizer circuits targeting leading‑edge 6G and cellular applications
- Perform RF system analysis and collaborate with RF Systems and Applications teams to define product requirements
- Design and optimise RF circuits in advanced CMOS process technologies
Key Requirements
- Strong commercial experience in RF IC design and development
- Proven track record delivering RF transceivers or RF subsystems into production
- Strong understanding of RF system architecture and wireless communication systems
- Experience designing RF circuits in advanced CMOS technologies (16nm and below preferred)
- Strong knowledge of RF signal chains, frequency synthesizers, transceivers, and RF performance optimisation
