- Research expertise in one of the following: large language models ( LLMs ), vision-language models ( VLMs ), multimodal AI, foundation models, or generative AI.
- Solid understanding of transformer-based architectures.
- Experience with model pre-training and fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with distributed training environments and large-scale compute infrastructure.
- Contributions to open-source projects or AI research communities.
