What You’ll Do:
- MarTech Platform Ownership: Lead the configuration, integration, and continuous optimization of our MarTech tools. Ensure seamless data connectivity and leverage features like advanced segmentation, personalization, and campaign tracking.
- Data Enablement: Design and manage marketing data flows, working closely with our Senior Data & Insights Manager. Use your expertise in APIs and ETL to provide actionable insights.
- Technical Leadership: Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions. Lead technical projects and ensure compliance with standards.
- AI & Innovation: Explore and implement emerging AI‑driven features and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, and predictive analytics.
What We’re Looking For:
- MarTech Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Marketing Automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights a plus).
