Overview
Graduate Research & Recruitment Consultant. European Tech Recruit is a niche tech recruitment company with 50 employees across Brighton, Spain and remote locations. We typically hire graduates seeking roles in Sales/Recruitment. We are building a new branch in the Financial Trading space, offering opportunities for rapid, meritocratic career and salary growth without needing to live in the City. In this division, there is potential to earn up to £11k commission per placement in a robust and profitable market. European Tech Recruit helps world-leading technology companies and exciting start-ups hire software engineers, sales professionals and executive staff.
Responsibilities
- Find and speak to technology professionals for specific roles with our existing clients, using methods such as headhunting via LinkedIn, posting on job boards and utilizing our database.
- Research client roles by mapping industries, new technologies and new sources.
- Begin to bring in new clients into the business and develop those relationships.
- Travel for company events in London/Brighton at exciting venues and restaurants.
- Work within a competitive basic salary, large average deal size, and an excellent commission structure to reward performance.
- Be part of a tight-knit team in Brighton, supporting quick progression.
