European Tech Recruit is as an established Niche Tech Recruitment company which currently stands at 50 employees across Brighton, Spain and various remote locations. We typically hire graduates who are looking to get into a role in Sales/Recruitment.
We are currently building out a new branch of the team, operating in the Financial Trading Space, which has traditionally been dominated by corporate recruitment agencies in London. Due to the success and growth of this division, we are currently looking for a smart and driven graduate to join this team in sunny Brighton. A role in this team offers an option for graduates to work in a career path where there is genuine potential for quick and meritocratic career and salary growth, but without the need to live in the City, which isn’t suited for everyone. In this division, future employees would have the opportunity of earning up to £11k commission per placement and carve a path in a very robust and profitable market

Responsibilities
- Find and speak to technology professionals for specific roles with our existing clients, using methods such as headhunting via LinkedIn, posting on job boards, and utilizing our best-in-class database.
- Research client roles by mapping industries, new technologies and new sources.
- Begin to bring in new clients into the business and develop those relationships.
