We are currently partnered with an industry leading semiconductor company in the UK looking to hire a FuSa and Cybersecurity Manager to join their team in Cambridge to drive functional safety, automotive quality, and cybersecurity compliance within cutting edge automotive projects. This opportunity is a fixed term 9 month engagement (Maternity Cover) based in Cambridge offering hybrid working.
Key responsibilities for this FuSa and Cybersecurity Manager position:
- Support automotive projects from development to assessment and certification.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, IEC 61508, ASPICE, and other standards.
- Conduct internal audits and external assessments for functional safety and cybersecurity.
- Develop and improve safety frameworks, risk management processes, and training programs.
- Facilitate root cause analyses and quality improvement methodologies.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and cybersecurity across teams.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with functional safety, automotive quality, and cybersecurity standards.
- Strong understanding of Soft-IP (Software, Hardware) development lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships and champion safety culture.
