Are you a Sales Leader with experience hunting new business and a background in the telecoms space that is looking for an exciting new role in the new year?

At European Tech Recruit we are currently working alongside a globally known telecoms company, helping them to bring on board an EMEA Telecom Sales Leader to help carry out new business development and grow the reach of their renowned product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research to uncover new business opportunities and analyze the competitive environment.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, driving significant results within tight timeframes.
  • Create and execute robust Account Plans to meet sales targets and grow the customer portfolio.
  • Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders in the Telecom industry, including both C-level executives and operational teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Channel Marketing, Product and Solution Architects, and Delivery teams, to develop tailored solutions for partners.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological advancements in the Telecom sector.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, possess a Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Demonstrated history of success in a sales hunter role, specifically within the Telecom industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities, capable of managing intricate sales processes.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working with key Telecom providers in Germany, the UK, and other EMEA countries is essential.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
