European Tech Recruit is seeking an experienced CPU Research Engineer for a Cambridge-based contract role. You will join a highly specialised processor architecture team to explore out-of-order execution, microarchitectural techniques and energy efficiency for mobile processors.

The role focuses on researching, evaluating, and modelling CPU performance using cycle-accurate simulators (gem5/Sniper/ChampSim) and collaborating with architects and performance engineers to translate findings into actionable insights.
