We are currently executing a major migration of our Jira and Confluence Data Center applications to the Cloud, while simultaneously rolling out a brand-new, Atlassian-based project management capability across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Architecture: Translate cross-functional requirements into robust configurations, coordinating testing and ensuring high user satisfaction.
  • Tooling Optimization: Develop and maintain internal tools and workflows that actively enable efficient engineering and product delivery.
  • Environment Integrity: Own and manage process controls to safeguard the performance, security, and integrity of our Atlassian environments.
  • Tiered Support Guidance: Act as an escalation point for our support team, guiding them through complex requests and making strategic decisions to facilitate optimal outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Atlassian Administration: Proven expertise in configuring and administering Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud applications.
  • Technical Toolkit: Strong, hands-on knowledge of Groovy, Scriptrunner, and Jira Automation.
  • Autonomy & Delivery: Ability to define and deliver work packages independently, applying modern software development and business analysis techniques.
  • Exceptional Communication: A track record of building trust across large, complex organizations, acting as the 'go-to' partner for both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, designing solutions, documenting processes, and gaining stakeholder sign-off with meticulous attention to detail.
“Nice To Have” Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience executing migrations from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
  • Competence with Java and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with popular Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., Structure, Draw.io, JXL, Mosaic, Exalate).
